Thanks to our support, our project partner Monte Alto was able to purchase new binoculars and nature guides for educational work this year. In the summer, classes from a total of seven schools were able to take part in excursions through the nature reserve and use the new equipment. The pupils shown here are working with Miguel, our project manager, to identify local bird species.
The school partnerships already established are to be continued in 2016. We would like to thank our partner Monte Alto for organizing these educational events and are happy to continue supporting this valuable work to raise awareness.
