The Development Policy Network Hessen e.V. (EPN Hessen) – of which Tropica Verde is also a member – once again invites you to FERN:WELT:NAH, the development policy film and discussion series at Haus am Dom. The network project is now entering its 6th round!
On five evenings, various social and ecological grievances will once again be critically discussed, conditions for sustainable change will be traced and alternative courses of action will be presented. We create a variety of bridges from south to north and north to south. Our general focus: shake up global imbalances through local initiatives and solidarity partnerships! Through films with different One World references and subsequent discussions with invited guests and the audience, we reflect on One World issues from different perspectives. The film screenings and discussions are always linked to concrete development policy work and One World commitment here on site. Various member organizations and friends of the network are responsible for hosting the individual evenings. They offer the opportunity to talk directly to ‘agents of change’ and get to know development policy work at first hand.
