Travel directly to Costa Rica – the mysterious world of the rainforest on a tour of the Tropicarium (Palm Garden)

Tropica Verde e.V. – The association was founded by students who, following a call for help from Costa Rica, have been committed to protecting the rainforest ever since.
Tropica Verde invites you to discover the impressive world of the rainforest on a tour of the Tropicarium. The “Monte Alto Bed”, modeled on a protected region on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, awaits you in the palm garden and presents a selection of special plants. This bed was named after the place which, thanks to the commitment of Tropica Verde and the local population, who call themselves Ticos, and in part thanks to donations from the Frankfurt school IGS Nordend, was able to restore its water source, which was lost due to deforestation.
