Dear Members,<\/p>\n

My name is Beate Klein, and I have been living in Frankfurt with my husband for over 30 years. After many years as a civil servant in the tax administration, I now have more time to volunteer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

I have been connected to Tropica Verde for more than 20 years. By a happy coincidence, I first learned about the organization back then, and I have been a member<\/a> ever since. Over the years, I have followed Tropica Verde\u2019s development with great interest and have regularly supported the organization\u2019s work.<\/p>\n

In 2020, I had the opportunity to see some of Tropica Verde\u2019s projects<\/a> in Costa Rica firsthand. The trip\u2014and especially my encounters with the local people\u2014left a lasting impression on me and further strengthened my connection to the organization.<\/p>\n

Last year, I had the opportunity to gain my first insights into the committee\u2019s work. I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone involved<\/a>, especially the Board of Directors and the previous committee. I was particularly impressed by the high level of commitment, the professionalism, and the spirit of mutual respect.<\/p>\n

These experiences have encouraged me to run for a seat on the club\u2019s executive committee at the annual general meeting. I am now looking forward to serving on the Tropica Verde executive committee. <\/p>\n
