Viele von uns kennen dieses Gef\u00fchl. Man wird unsicher, zieht sich eher zur\u00fcck und fragt sich st\u00e4ndig: \u201eRiecht man das jetzt?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Genau deshalb habe ich mich auf die Suche gemacht. Ich wollte ein Deo ohne Aluminium, ohne unn\u00f6tige Zus\u00e4tze und ohne Inhaltsstoffe, die weder meinem K\u00f6rper noch der Umwelt guttun. Und dann habe ich etwas \u00dcberraschendes entdeckt:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS',serif;\">&#x1f49a;<\/span> Mein perfektes Deo kann ich selbst herstellen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Mit wenigen nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten. <o:p><\/o:p>Schnell gemacht. <o:p><\/o:p>Individuell auf meine Bed\u00fcrfnisse abgestimmt.\u00a0<o:p><\/o:p>Und mit einem Duft, der wirklich zu mir passt.\u00a0<o:p><\/o:p>Seitdem kommt mir nichts anderes mehr unter die Achseln. <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS',serif;\">&#x1f609;<\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Das Beste? Even the slightest hint of it reminds me of sunshine, lightness, and tropical adventures.   <\/p>\n<p>Lavender is also wonderful if you want to bring more peace and relaxation into your daily life.<\/p>\n<p>Or maybe your very own fragrance blend is just waiting to be discovered? That's it. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_image_1 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tropica-verde.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_2577-scaled.jpg\" width=\"1920\" height=\"2560\" class=\"wp-image-251713\" title=\"IMG_2577\" alt=\"\"><\/span><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Und so einfach geht's:<\/h2>\n<p>Zuerst sterilisiere ich mein Gl\u00e4schen mit hei\u00dfem Wasser.<\/p>\n<p>Dann vermische ich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Teel\u00f6ffel feines Natron<\/li>\n<li>3 Teel\u00f6ffel Mais- oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Bio-Kokos\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alles wird zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Creme verr\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend gebe ich etwa 4 Tropfen Teebaum\u00f6l dazu. Wenn du empfindliche Haut hast, starte lieber mit etwas weniger und taste dich langsam heran.<\/p>\n<p>Danach kommt mein Lieblingsmoment:\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Die Duftwahl.<\/strong> &#x1f49a;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr mich d\u00fcrfen 6\u20138 Tropfen Lemongrass nicht fehlen. Dieser Duft schenkt mir sofort Urlaubsgef\u00fchle und erinnert mich an mein Leben in Costa Rica.\u00a0Vielleicht wird es bei dir Lavendel, Orange, Zeder oder eine ganz eigene Mischung?<\/p>\n<p>Probier dich aus und erschaffe deinen ganz pers\u00f6nlichen Lieblingsduft.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend alles noch einmal gut verr\u00fchren, ins Gl\u00e4schen f\u00fcllen und f\u00fcr etwa 10 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\n<p>In der k\u00fchleren Jahreszeit kann es hilfreich sein, das Kokos\u00f6l vorher im Wasserbad leicht zu schmelzen. Wer mag, kann zus\u00e4tzlich etwas Jojoba- oder Mandel\u00f6l hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Konsistenz geschmeidiger zu machen.<\/p>\n<h3>Und dann?<\/h3>\n<p>Einfach eine kleine Menge gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig unter den Achseln verteilen und den Tag genie\u00dfen. Gelangen diese Stoffe beim Duschen ins Abwasser, k\u00f6nnen sie von Kl\u00e4ranlagen oft nicht vollst\u00e4ndig herausgefiltert werden. So finden sie ihren Weg in Fl\u00fcsse, Seen und schlie\u00dflich in die Meere.<\/p>\n<p>Dort werden die winzigen Kunststoffpartikel von Tieren aufgenommen und gelangen \u00fcber die Nahrungskette wieder zu uns zur\u00fcck. Immer mehr Studien zeigen, dass Mikroplastik inzwischen in verschiedenen Bereichen des menschlichen K\u00f6rpers nachweisbar ist.
