The paper calls on sellers of &#8220;coffee to go&#8221; to offer resource-saving cup alternatives.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the manifesto<\/h2>\n\n<p>The first goal of our Global Paper Vision is to reduce paper consumption. Disposable cups are a symbol of the wasteful use of paper, and many of the member organizations are working together to eliminate them.<\/p>\n\n<p>Billions of disposable cups are used worldwide every year. This is wasteful and harms people, forests, water and the global climate.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our &#8220;Cup Manifesto&#8221; is a manifesto that calls on business leaders and politicians to stop promoting the throwaway culture by ensuring that all cups are reusable.<\/p>\n\n<p>No disposable cups!<\/p>\n\n<p><em>By the way: The entire manifesto can be downloaded in various languages from the website of the Environmental Global Paper Network<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tropica Verde supports the project of the Environmental Global Paper Network.
